Return And Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Mirquella. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for returns:

1. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sale@mirquella.shop with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
